„A paparazzi képeket 2010-ben kezdtem el festeni. Akkoriban nem fogalmazódott meg bennem, hogy mi az, ami miatt esztétikailag érdekelnek ezek a képek, többé-kevésbé ösztönösen kezdtem el a sorozatot. A celeb kultúra társadalomra gyakorolt hatását érdekes és fontos témának tartom, de ezen túl van még valami, ami ennél univerzálisabb, személyesebb, számomra hipnotikus ezekben a képekben.”

“I started to paint the paparazzi pictures in 2010. At that time I did not realise why I was aesthetically interested in these pictures, the series started more or less unconsciously. I consider the effects of celebrity culture on our society interesting and important, but there is something more, more universal, personal and hypnotic for me in these pictures.”
